4) Start Looking- Get you out and looking at homes that fit your wants and budgets. Not in the area? We got you covered with video walk throughs and tours.

5) Write an offer- Once you have located your dream home, we will sit down with you and help you write the strongest offer possible, while helping ensure you don’t over pay or get trapped in a bad deal.

6) Home Inspection- Once an offer has been accepted, the next step is to perform a home inspection. We will partner you with industry experts to make sure you are comfortable in your investment and not stepping into a money pit.

7) Appraisal- Most buyers will be required to have an appraisal done. This gets ordered by your lender. The appraiser is a neutral third party who confirms the value of the property for the lender.

8) Final Signing- Once you are past the inspection and appraisal, escrow will have you come in and sign your final paperwork for the loan and the home purchase.

9) Funding and Recording- On the closing day, your lender will fund the loan, escrow will disperse funds, and release the property to record with the county.

10 Move In!- Once we have confirmation of recording you officially own your new home and we can hand over keys and you can start unpacking!
