Dave Shinabarger is a full-time Broker/Realtor who has been in the industry since 1996. His experience ranges from residential property to rental-investments, land, and even property management. Dave currently serves as President of the Tri-Cities Association of Realtors. He is on the Grievance Committee, Governmental Affairs Committee, and also serves on the Family Selection committee at the local Habitat for Humanity. When Dave gets some spare time he enjoys traveling, NFL and our hometown baseball team, Tri-City Dust Devils. Family, faith, and helping others are key in Dave’s life. When Dave isn’t helping his clients buy and/or sell a home, you might find him enjoying the great outdoors or spending time with his two grandsons and his two dogs.
