Jake Shupe is a native of the Tri-Cities, having spent every year of his life here, other than a few years spent in Spokane at Bible College. He considers himself a professional in the people industry. After 15 years in youth ministry, he and his wife, Michelle, purchased Barracuda Coffee in Richland. It was a nice segue within the people industry. Jake stumbled into sales, spending a year in car sales, all the while thinking how much of a blessing it would be to help people fulfill their dream of buying a home for their family. Little did he know that just a couple of years later he would have that privilege. He’s honored to be a part of the Shinabarger Team at HomeSmart Elite Brokers. Jake met Dave Shinabarger through the coffee shop and the two have formed a lifelong friendship.
